Vanilla Berry Chia Pudding

A simple meal prep breakfast, snack, or dessert FTW.

Chia seeds provide protein to keep you satiated, omega-3s for brain health, + fiber to keep things moving along in the gut and blood sugar stable.

Creamy, tangy, fresh, light, and satisfying!
