    Healing period problems is at the core of my private practice with clients. I have heard countless tales of feeling lost, hopeless, and frustrated not only with symptoms but the lack of natural solutions. People have shared their stories with me and a few themes form a thread among them all: I feel confused about what to eat, I feel unheard by my practitioner, I know something is off but I've been told it's all in my head.

    I remember when I first learned about the different phases of the menstrual cycle and how they compare to the cycling of the four seasons, my mind was blown. As people with periods we have this cyclical nature that often has been suppressed. We're not taught about how our hormones change from week-to-week or how best to tap into the gifts of each phase.
    I'm so excited to share with you how food sets a foundation for happy hormones, how to incorporate different foods to support your cycle, and most of all how to make it feel simple and fun (NOT confusing and overwhelming).

    My approach may be something you haven't tried before. We combine practical nutrition & lifestyle principles with body wisdom so you can cut through the confusion of all of the conflicting health info out there and apply what truly works best for your unique body.
