Ingredients
2 slices gluten-free or sprouted grain bread
2 Tbsp creamy almond butter
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
drizzle coconut nectar (optional)
Directions
Toast bread. Spread almond butter + top with toppings.
