5 minutes | 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - 1 lemon, sliced

  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne

  • hot water

  • 1/2 tsp honey (optional)

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a mug and top with hot water.

  2. Enjoy!
